This app is a joke. It seems that TC doesn’t want you to earn any rewards. I went in the a few days ago & spent $50, my mistake was that I forgot my phone in the car but I figured “who cares” I can always just scan my receipt & get my points that way. Noooooo, my app kept saying it could not scan my receipt, it’s either expired (it was the same day folks), duplicate, or my internet. I’m rolling my eyes here. I then tried contacting them, NOPE not a go. I sent an email through the app AND the website. I then get an email, HOW WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE, want to do a survey. HECK YES! Still nothing. I did this for 3 days. NOTHING. What a joke!!! With COVID & folks losing money, you would think you would get some type of customer service to keep you coming in & spend your hard earned money. Looks like I’ll be spend it some place else. Bye TC

- App never allows me to scan the barcode at the bottom to collect points, so I always have to enter the barcode number manually.
- App doesn’t allow the option for you to pick up your online order through the drive-thru, only curbside and in-store pickup.
- App doesn’t allow you to purchase alcohol by itself or even view what types of alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. You have to tap on the “Food and Alcohol” button and select a food item just to be able to view what alcohol is available.
- All food items don’t show up under the “Food and Alcohol” section, which makes it impossible to order certain foods and alcoholic beverages together.
Example: I want a Cabana Sampler and a frozen margarita. The Cabana Sampler doesn’t show up in the “Food and Alcohol” section and because there is also no section on the app for you to view/purchase alcohol separately, I can’t order these two things online together.

I love TacoCabana so much. I get it whenever I can. But I never get it at the one in Kyle, which is a shame because I live just a couple minutes from there. I’ve waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through when there are only about six cars. There customer service is also very poor. There are a handful of friendly employees, but the other ones will barely give you the time of day. Wish they would redo management and fix this location.
