How to fix Zeflix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zeflix app on iPhone
Update Zeflix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zeflix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zeflix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zeflix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zeflix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zeflix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zeflix App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zeflix » click [Force Stop]

Update Zeflix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zeflix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zeflix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zeflix.

Fix Zeflix unable to contact server/ Zeflix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zeflix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zeflix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zeflix
