My Zeflix app isn’t working, it won’t let me click on anything!!

Hi. I’m trying to update my credit card information so I can keep my premium Zeflix subscription, but can’t find a way to get to my account. Can you please let me know how to go about it, Thanks!

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Zeflix app issues:

Force Stop the Zeflix App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Zeflix app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Zeflix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zeflix App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Zeflix app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Zeflix.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Zeflix » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Zeflix » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
