Spent 400 dollars to get a coffee table but the order was never arrived. I called customer service as well as online chat. They kept saying it is not their responsibility to notify me the order was delivered but it’s my responsibility to check with FedEx and monitor the order shipping status. They have done their job once they received my money. I never received the order and they never shipped the package out to me. Please avoid. 100% fraud.

I have so many issues with all my purchases. The lamp came with defect I could not assemble. I asked to refund and return they convinced me to let them to send part which I was waiting for 1.5 months. I bought chairs it said would be delivered within 3 to 5 days. They created label and never mail to the FedEx and told me I should talk to FedEx, then second time when I talk to them they promise me deliver within one week. They did not. They continue lie to me and don’t want to refund me. Don’t buy from this company. All products made in China and quality is very badly

Homary is horrible. As someone who works around tech, did the engineers even user test Homary before launching?? It’s worse than a beta version. Nothing works. Even the simplest functions. If you try to search anything it will say 0 results, even though it’s clearly there. For example, searching “Table” will yield 0 results. Please take Homary down and actually go through the proper user testing / app release process. Consumers are better off using the web version for their sanity.

I ordered $6700 in furniture. After I made the purchase, I saw some reviews that said they were scammed and that the company buys reviews. This company is out of China. They have 40+ complaints on the Better Business Bureau. I submitted a request for a refund before my order said that it had been shipped and I’ve been getting the run around since then. They make it impossible to talk to anybody and keep sending messages that say it’s above their level of authority to issue a refund. Stay far away from this app.

It has been great experience purchasing with this app, great customer service and support. Every time we called, the staff always help us solve the order issue and installation concerns right away professionally. We purchased light, toilet, and furniture and they are all very good quality. You may have to wait a while for some of your items, not all, but it will be worth the wait.

Just learned about this app and I’m already a fan. Lots of great looking products that I would love to buy to update my boring house. Prices seem pretty high so I’m going to have to take baby steps to check out value for the money. 👏

We have purchased five power bidet toilets along with handful of furnishings. Great quality and good customer service if there’s a problem.

I’ve been using Homary for a couple of weeks now and there’s a wide variety of items that seem to be good quality.

Delivery for my item took 3 days to arrive, which was pretty fast compared to some other apps.

Also, I had a concern with my purchase but the customer service handled it really well and professionally.

I’ll definitely continue using Homary!

The sofa I bought looks same nice as the pictures on website, and it relaxed my whole body so much when I sit on it. The navy blue color shows elegance uplifting my living room. Such a great shopping experience!

Have bought a few items & really great quality. Initially there were long shipping times but now you can get most of the stuff in few days

Homary is very easy to use and good for searching the product very quickly. They do have lots of options for you and you can get them quickly when you purchase goods online .

this app turned out a great place to shop. I was bit skeptical after seeing the lead times on some items, but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised! Item arrived securely packaged, really beautiful and worth the wait! Definitely recommend it.
