Daily news stays in pause mode. Tried to fix and new version came up..I have now lost all my saved editions and new app doesn’t look like the one I used and enjoyed

How to fix Trusted News app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Trusted News app on iPhone
Update Trusted News app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Trusted News iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Trusted News on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Trusted News network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Trusted News Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Trusted News not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Trusted News App
1. On android, goto Settings » Trusted News » click [Force Stop]

Update Trusted News to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Trusted News App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Trusted News » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Trusted News.

Fix Trusted News unable to contact server/ Trusted News internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Trusted News » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Trusted News » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Trusted News
