iGo Navigation Can not be installed in Motorola Moto-g54. Wen reinstal this app, the phone can not retrieve purchase data from Google Play Store (Another phone Moto g22 has not any problem and work very well). In the case of Moto g54, can not load data from Maps (In app appears as Invalid Map). I try to reset to factory state and reinstall, but nothing work......

How to fix iGO Navigation app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iGO Navigation app on iPhone
Update iGO Navigation app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iGO Navigation iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iGO Navigation on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iGO Navigation network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iGO Navigation Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iGO Navigation not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iGO Navigation App
1. On android, goto Settings » iGO Navigation » click [Force Stop]

Update iGO Navigation to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iGO Navigation App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iGO Navigation » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iGO Navigation.

Fix iGO Navigation unable to contact server/ iGO Navigation internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iGO Navigation » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iGO Navigation » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iGO Navigation
