Update Rewardy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rewardy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rewardy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rewardy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Rewardy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Rewardy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rewardy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rewardy » click [Force Stop]

Update Rewardy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rewardy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rewardy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rewardy.

Fix Rewardy unable to contact server/ Rewardy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rewardy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rewardy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
