Please bring back the old app! When i want to check a shade on the shade chart, I don’t want to wait 20+ minutes for the swatches to load, then show me where i can buy the color. the swatches are low quality pictures and doesn’t show it on the whole head like it did in the old app! Wellastore is slow, buggy, and just an overall hassle to navigate. Not to mention I’m a student, and it won’t let me log in unless I have a license number. There’s no student option! Where’s the education portion of this app we used to have??? smh.
3/4 of the old education is no longer available in the USA / All Other Locations… No certificates transferred. And everything says unavailable. No one manning the help chat for a month now. Sad.
Please fix the issue of it being impossible to order because of Wella clearing or adding items for no reason. I’ve had to go through our rep for the last three weeks to order.
Never loads no matter if I’m on Wi-Fi or not. Do better. Also where are the new shades. I have them in my shop but not my app.
Why are the old apps with education now defunct and redirecting us to Wella that is only a store? That’s unfortunate.
I love Wella! I use it to order all my color and salon supplies. Super easy to use and navigate. I can see my previous orders and re-order anytime. I like the options for education too! Definitely a must have if you use this app color.
Super convenient to re-order products you’ve bought before. Really great to have if you use not only this app color, but a lot of other brands as well like OPI, Nioxin, Briogeo, etc.
Really enjoy using this to check out new releases and shades. Amazing app! Good job this app 💕
