3/4 of the old education is no longer available in the USA / All Other Locations… No certificates transferred. And everything says unavailable. No one manning the help chat for a month now. Sad.

Please bring back the old app! When i want to check a shade on the shade chart, I don’t want to wait 20+ minutes for the swatches to load, then show me where i can buy the color. the swatches are low quality pictures and doesn’t show it on the whole head like it did in the old app! Wellastore is slow, buggy, and just an overall hassle to navigate. Not to mention I’m a student, and it won’t let me log in unless I have a license number. There’s no student option! Where’s the education portion of Wella we used to have??? smh.

Please fix the issue of it being impossible to order because of the app clearing or adding items for no reason. I’ve had to go through our rep for the last three weeks to order.
