app won’t even log me in

I’ve worked in tech for a while and very familiar with ZoomInfo. Chorus doesn’t even allow me to log in with my gmail or my okta so it’s useless. The log in function is clearly broken.

My enterprise company just moved from Gong to this app and so far Gong is so much better in every way it’s not even funny.

Until Chorus gets an update to simply allow me to log in, it’ll continue to be useless and hinder my ability to access my calls on the go.

Mobile Experience is inferior to all competitors

Mobile application is useless. No access to bookmarks, no ability to download to listen later (like on a plane, areas of the country with poor cell reception, or locations with no Wi-Fi. Gong is definitely a better investment if your company has road warriors even if it is more expensive. Very very disappointing.

Forced reroute to app with limited features

this app now won’t allow me to log into the site via mobile browser. It is forcing me to use Chorus , I am continuously rerouted no matter how I try to log in. Chorus has limited features and I cannot complete the urgent task I’m trying to do - in this case approve and new user. Very frustrating.

Horrible

Might be the worst mobile app in modern day. Can’t even get Chorus to open, let alone use. What a terrible user experience, and the fact that it doesn’t even open anymore is the least of its user experience issues.

unable to log in via SSO

The redirect handler in Chorus doesn’t log me in after I successfully authenticate with Okta. I’m able to SSO from Okta in a computer browser - this is a problem specific to the mobile app. Unfortunately it makes Chorus useless for me.

Crashes

First of all i can’t even access the application online on my phone which is incredibly annoying because the online application is much better and you get access to filters. Instead I’m just prompted to download Chorus .

Well Chorus just crashes anyway….

So i can’t use it on safari and i can’t use Chorus ….sad design.

Add in a close button online for people using phones or add filters to app and make app useable lol.

Not asking for much.

No features not useful

I can’t find playlists or see deals like gong. The filtering is not in the mobile app there is not filtered search and any bookmarked calls are gone.

I wish my company would buy gong

Costs a dollar doesn’t work

Paying loads for my this app and ZoomInfo seat on desktop, and they still charge a dollar for Chorus

Wouldn’t be complaining, but none of the recordings will play

Missing key features

Cannot add to live call using app, can’t access desktop version on my phone

The app is really bad

Chorus feature set is so limited it’s basically unusable and anytime you open a link on a phone or tablet it forces you to go to Chorus .

Constantly crashes

Chorus has crashed over and over, it’s not usable at all.

Never loads

Awful UX too many bugs and videos I need to load never do

Chorus + mobile app is a must have for sales teams

this app has been key to ramping our new sales reps and also helps with coaching and helping everyone on the team adopt best practices from top reps. Such a game changer especially with remote working sales teams. Best conversation intelligence tool out there.

Wayyyy better

Love it. Way better than gong. So happy we made the switch
