I’ve worked in tech for a while and very familiar with ZoomInfo. This app doesn’t even allow me to log in with my gmail or my okta so it’s useless. The log in function is clearly broken.
My enterprise company just moved from Gong to Chorus and so far Gong is so much better in every way it’s not even funny.
Until this app gets an update to simply allow me to log in, it’ll continue to be useless and hinder my ability to access my calls on the go.

Mobile application is useless. No access to bookmarks, no ability to download to listen later (like on a plane, areas of the country with poor cell reception, or locations with no Wi-Fi. Gong is definitely a better investment if your company has road warriors even if it is more expensive. Very very disappointing.

Chorus now won’t allow me to log into the site via mobile browser. It is forcing me to use the app, I am continuously rerouted no matter how I try to log in. The app has limited features and I cannot complete the urgent task I’m trying to do - in this case approve and new user. Very frustrating.
