The best feature on Bartesian is the digital drink menu. Other than that without being able to manage my subscription.. I’d rather just log into the website!

Selected items won’t load to shopping cart. Maybe it’s me but kinda fundamental that you would want customers to be able to buy product.

Completely worthless. Can’t edit subscription orders. And orders made on the website don’t even show up as past orders in Bartesian . Get rid of it or fix it!

Love this app. But I used ShopPay to make my purchase. And now it is impossible to log in to Bartesian .

Please invest in maintenance and upkeep of Bartesian . I refuse to put in essential information to order when every 2 mins Bartesian crashes. Meaning bugs and spam which opens the door for hackers and data leaks. Which cause a class action lawsuit. I just deleted Bartesian and ordered from Amazon. I don’t want my info leaked in the event of a hack.

I have reset my password 3 times using the sent email & link, and the reset via the browser works as expected, logging me in and showing my account status. But that new password does not work in Bartesian . I have uninstalled and reinstalled Bartesian , and the problem persists.

Same problem as other users. Can log on through a browser but not on Bartesian .

Bartesian provides information and that’s all. You can put items in a shopping cart but you can’t order. Logged in or not. If I have to use a browser to place an order I don’t need Bartesian on my phone.

When I click on a product it just gives me a black screen. So I can’t order anything through Bartesian and have to use the website.

Downloaded to place order hoping to create a subscription and get a discount on accessories at the same times since mobile web did not do this at the same time. When I tried to create subscription it went straight to a white page.

I hope the machine works a lot better than Bartesian !

I love my this app. We have two of them. Solid product. Bartesian however, is horrific. It’s not user friendly, you can’t manage your subscription or shop from it, and it basically undoes anything you are able to start from it. Its more frustration than it’s worth to even try to use it. For a company with such a great product, you’d think they’d have a better app!

I want to rate it 5 stars! But it doesn’t let you manage your subscription even though that is one of the main tabs on your opening screen. It just constantly says loading subscriptions and never comes up. So disappointed as that’s what I mainly wanted it for!

Had high hopes for Bartesian but only disappoints. No order history, account information, ect. Doesn’t view properly on your phone. Only proper way to order is through the website unfortunately. Definitely needs a major overhaul.

I like Bartesian … love my machine. Where is the subscription management?

Please add the capability to manage a subscription in Bartesian ...it is not very useful if you can only set up a new subscription but not manage it.

You can shop and order from Bartesian now, and you can even create a new subscription, but you still can’t manage an existing subscription. Maybe next version will fix this issue…

Bartesian is great for placing orders, managing my drink subscription, and taking advantage of the sales!
