5 Most reported problems 😔💔
My Bartisian cocktail machine is not dispensing any water or alcohol. I have cleaned it thoroughly, the dispensing bulb, duck bills, water dispenser. When I do the clean and rinse nothing is coming out, I can hear it running and watch display go through its cycle but nothing. There is not a bubble in any of the bottles. I need to know what to do?

App keeps crashing

Please invest in maintenance and upkeep of the app. I refuse to put in essential information to order when every 2 mins the app crashes. Meaning bugs and spam which opens the door for hackers and data leaks. Which cause a class action lawsuit. I just deleted the app and ordered from Amazon. I don’t want my info leaked in the event of a hack.
Unable to Log In with Credentials

I have reset my password 3 times using the sent email & link, and the reset via the browser works as expected, logging me in and showing my account status. But that new password does not work in the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and the problem persists.

This app provides information and that’s all. You can put items in a shopping cart but you can’t order. Logged in or not. If I have to use a browser to place an order I don’t need the app on my phone.
