Unable to Log In with Credentials

I have reset my password 3 times using the sent email & link, and the reset via the browser works as expected, logging me in and showing my account status. But that new password does not work in the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and the problem persists.
View info but can’t order

This app provides information and that’s all. You can put items in a shopping cart but you can’t order. Logged in or not. If I have to use a browser to place an order I don’t need the app on my phone.
Needs an update!

The best feature on the app is the digital drink menu. Other than that without being able to manage my subscription.. I’d rather just log into the website!
