- It does not allow for offline music playback.

- There are too many ads, which can be annoying.

- There is a long period of silence between songs.

- The app can be slow and may kick the user out after a certain amount of time.

- There is no clear way to transfer music from other apps to this one.

My app said it needed updated a few months back but wouldn’t let me update through the App Store on iOS so made it useless. Couple days ago I opened the app and it worked like nothing happened and no update. Today I downloaded more music and closed the app only to open it again and it went back to the same message. Must update and it won’t let me.

How to fix Plorixy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Plorixy app on iPhone
Update Plorixy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Plorixy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Plorixy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Plorixy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Plorixy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Plorixy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Plorixy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Plorixy » click [Force Stop]

Update Plorixy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Plorixy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Plorixy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Plorixy.

Fix Plorixy unable to contact server/ Plorixy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Plorixy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Plorixy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Plorixy
