I updated the app and installed Helper as recommended, and now the app won't let me use my smartphone!!!! The lock screen pops up on ALL apps all the time and when I unlock it it immediately pops back up! Even with the phone simply unlocked without going into any apps, the black AppLock lock screen pops up constantly!!!! It won't let me go into AppLock to disable the protection because when I enter the app it just freezes instantly! I can't uninstall it or force it to close. I AM DESPERATE

I want to delete the data from AppLock.i have deleted and uninstalled the app.if i installed app again means that data is came back to my valut. So I want to delete the data permanently. Please help for this issue. Thank you

I'll have applock running for a while, then go into several apps that should be locked, and they aren't locked I have to go back into the app to turn it back on.

How to fix AppLock app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AppLock app on iPhone
Update AppLock app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AppLock iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AppLock on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AppLock network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AppLock Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AppLock not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AppLock App
1. On android, goto Settings » AppLock » click [Force Stop]

Update AppLock to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AppLock App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AppLock » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AppLock.

Fix AppLock unable to contact server/ AppLock internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AppLock » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AppLock » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AppLock
