I cannot keep up with anyone in this game because every puzzle is not loading. It stops.

Why does this app get bummed up? Delays in selected.pieces. I have repeatedly and repeatedly I have restarted dozens of times. I have deleted the app over and over and it still does the same thing. multi select is no longer working on ipad. It doesn't matter whether multi-select is checked in the settings menu or not
How do I get the sound back?

Jigsawscapes won't sync between my Samsung Galaxy phone and tablet. I'm logged into my Google account on both devices. Play Store shows my $70 subscription, but it isn't recognized on my tablet by the app. It wants to charge me for another subscription.
A lot of the puzzles in multiple categories are not loading. I've tried looking at settings, but found no help.
When a puzzle is finished and it goes to an ad, I can't get back to the puzzles without restarting my tablet, veryfrustrating.
My app will not load any new puzzles. It's like it's frozen.
Today is Oct 14th. The game is stuck on the 13th.

It has been working up until yesterday. It won't load most of the puzzles. Even the daily ones will load most of the way, but then just stop. It also doesn't show what most of the puzzles are anymore. I updated it today and still no improvement
Lately after finishing hundreds of puzzles, it freezes up, pieces move jerkily or not at all. What can I do?
