Reinstalled app but no Categories and MyPuzzles. Daily puzzles OK, no pieces choice in Main
I have a Samsung tablet. Have played the Easybrain jigsaw puzzle for years. This week it stopped altogether. Uninstalled it finally (lost about 600,000 points I had collected) but after reinstalling 3 times, nothing comes up. Just a blank screen. Have tried rebooting the tablet, then installing again. Nothing!
My Jigsaw puzzles won't download after restoring purchases. They show up in my puzzles, but when I click them they show the download icon for a second and then stops.

Loads and then goes to home page. After I restarted app
On my IPad and IPhone app stopped working properly. Puzzles not loading, freezing, on IPad all my completed puzzles disappeared.
Since yesterday my puzzles isn’t loading right. I’m only getting a very very large format and only part of a puzzle??? If I delete the app and then reinstall it it works the right way for only 1 puzzle. To continue playing I have to keep deleting and reinstalling. What is going on?
