Jigsaw Puzzles Status

I have a Samsung tablet. Have played the Easybrain jigsaw puzzle for years. This week it stopped altogether. Uninstalled it finally (lost about 600,000 points I had collected) but after reinstalling 3 times, nothing comes up. Just a blank screen. Have tried rebooting the tablet, then installing again. Nothing!

My Jigsaw puzzles won't download after restoring purchases. They show up in my puzzles, but when I click them they show the download icon for a second and then stops.

Not loading. It says “business chat”. Can someone fix this?

I’ve played this app for many years and never experienced this. I loaded a new puzzle but the tool bar at the top is missing so I can’t move the pieces in any way i.e. scatter, edges, lock etc. Please help. Thanks

2 pieces are moving together but not attached.

No new puzzles for past week, just empty boxes.

the save and exit option does not work. I can no longer save a puzzle to return to finish

The page won't load. I'm so addicted to this site I usually make 5 puzzles each evening. I hope it's fixed soon! TIA. I love your puzzles.

Unable to open free online line jigsaw puzzle games app

Loads and then goes to home page. After I restarted app

On my IPad and IPhone app stopped working properly. Puzzles not loading, freezing, on IPad all my completed puzzles disappeared.

Since yesterday my puzzles isn’t loading right. I’m only getting a very very large format and only part of a puzzle??? If I delete the app and then reinstall it it works the right way for only 1 puzzle. To continue playing I have to keep deleting and reinstalling. What is going on?
