puzzle is all in different shapes and sizes cant play!!!

been using for years. Occasional freezes lately Today won't open. Have restarted, reinstalled checked computer for app repair. Just flashes the Zimad and then blank screen What to do?

I have been playing and enjoying this game for many years .. this is about the first time I've had any real problems. When I hit on the Magic Jigsaw Puzzles app to open...it brings up the cover screen - with Zimad .. almost immediately it goes away, not activating the game. This just started about 3 days ago. I have been using this game on my current Win 11 laptop since (Aug 2022). Should I delete the app and then download again? I have quite a large number of points and puzzles I would hate to lose. Thanks for your assistance.

I CAN'T FIND MY MAGIC JIGSAW PUZZLES

Have had magic jigsaw puzzles on my shortcuts when I use Facebook. This content isn't available at the moment When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people or changed who can see it, or it's been deleted. This is now what comes up when I tried to use it ok. Was fine a few days ago. Is this just a glitch or a permanent thing?

Can’t get into puzzle. Ads over and over asking me to upload other apps . With an arrow in right corner. When I press it it goes to a different screen that has magic puzzles in top lef5 corner I click on that and it goes back to get me to upload app

When I try to click on continue on magic puzzles it goes through an ad then screen messages learn more but never loads puzzle

It says the app is not working in my area or region. Was working fine yesterday. Please help

Magic puzzles app keeps going to AppStore cannot complete puzzle any advice please, have rebooted iPad still the same if I delete app and reinstall will I lose all my points I have accumulated.

Can open app but puzzles won’t open….have refreshed , turned iPad off and restarted. This has been happening frequently in the past couple of weeks.

I play all the time as of yesterday the puzzles are not solvable. They have too many corners, the pieces don’t match u can’t start or finish this way.I really enjoyed doing these but will give it up until they can b fixed. I paid for no ads and they took away the ability to see the picture not the background but the pic at will. They also put ads on the side which shouldn’t b. I could deal with the rest but u can no longer put the puzzles together the way they are.

When I complete the first daily puzzle I try to complete the 2nd puzzle, but I am forced to reopen and complete the second puzzle again!

Magic puzzle freezes when Itrybto take rewards

When puzzle is completed and it says to tap the message goes away but the puzzle freezes.

I click on the app it opens then kicks me out to the main screen menu. Frustrating.

My Magic Puzzles app will not open. This have never happened before. When I click on the app, it may try to load, but it goes back to my home screen instead. I finally got it to open for a short while yesterday, but not at all today.

I am having the same problems as everyone described above. I have been playing for over 10 years and this is so frustrating. You cannot move the pieces, they freeze up and lock. I have tried everything, I updated the app, went to settings to make sure all was OK and I am still having issues. How do I fix this?

Once the puzzle loads, I am not able to pick up a piece and move it to the board without it freezing, and when it unfreezes, I can not move the piece and attach it to the connecting piece. It is frustrating.

Any suggestions to as why my puzzles keep freezing and sometimes I am unable to access them. Thanks.

screen freezes and pieces cannot be moved have previously never experienced this until recently deleted some puzzles as suggest but no improvement. Is this because I do not sign up for the paid version ?

Both my husband and I having problems with magic jigsaw screen is jittery

I have had no problems with Magic Puzzles since beginning in 2015. Now all of a sudden it won’t open. I click on it and after a minute it goes back to my home page. Yesterday after 10-15 tries it finally opened but today will not open. Very frustrating as I look forward to doing them every day. Please help.

Everything is running slow. You have to click several times to get the pieces to move, then they hang in the air for a few seconds before connecting. This has happened before and it either resolved itself or you fixed it, but it is happening again. I have a fairly new computer and it doesn't have a lot of other programs loaded onto it so memory or RAM isn't the problem. It's connected by cable to the ethernet so bluetooth isn't the problem. The OS is Windows 11.

I have 130 puzzle packs I have invested in and can’t use any of them. What do you suggest.

My magic puzzles application will not open. When I click on it, I get the logo but it won't open. It just returns me to the magic puzzle icon. The problem started this morning. I had hoped I could access it after work today, but no luck.

Sometimes when completing a task it says Cannot connect to server. I have reconnected several times but this is still happening

I absolutely adore Magic Puzzles & love that it shows the little video of it being done when I finish, but recently, it has stopped playing. It would be great if, in the future, the video at the end was to be made larger.

Puzzle has odd shaped pieces & sometimes has 2 corner pieces for the same corner.

I am sick and tired of playing the daily puzzles and they don't count as being done at all. Sometimes I have to do each one 3 times and that is ridiculous!!! None of the other puzzles on the missions have any problem at all. So, what is up with that?????

How do you undo radial puzzle pieces? I pushed radial by mistake.

I normally play on Facebook and now the game just doesn't load, there's a white screen where it normally loads up. I play on a computer, not a phone. I've tried 2 browsers, clearing cache, rebooting, etc. and nothing works. It's been like this since yesterday.
