1 year agoI paid for a yearly subscription to Pixelup Pro. I loved the app but it only worked for a month. After that everytime I tried to use it, I got an ad telling me I have to buy a Pixelup Pro subscription. I've tried everything and I can't get past that ad. I couldn't find a way to cancel my subscription. Tonight I finally figured out that the $4.99 Codeway charge that has been taken out of my account EVERY WEEK for the past 4 WEEKS is for Pixelup Pro. I would never sign up for anything that charged weekly. The app has my card information and just randomly started charging me. My yearly payment is not due until April 26, 2023. I had forgot I even had the app because I couldnt use it. I want a full refund. How do I cancel my subscription?

1 year agoHi pixelup, I am not interested in your app because it doesn't work and didn't meet my expectations. It's totally a waste of time making your pictures to look like a total monster. Therefore I am not happy with your bad service and misleading people. I want my subscription canceled asap as of November 17 2022.

1 year agoHow do I cancel and gety $$ back? Just signed up tonight. Tried several photos that I have fixed on other apps to compare. Thetes 4 big problems with this app. 1) Some come back with unrecognizable faces. Why would I want that? 2) Only the face is sharpened, not the rest of the photo, which just makes everything look weird. 3) Colorized???? If you want the faces REALLY bright and everything else blotchy purplish, I guess you could say its colorized, but not in a way you would ever want to look at it again or show anyone else. 4) This is the biggie. If you want the free trial, you are limited to only signing up month by month. If you want to pay the one time fee, you don't get to check it out first. What a ripoff!!!

1 year agoPurchased this app and the pictures I used were enhanced very poorly seems they just use any picture to replace. No resemblance to the original picture. Really would not reccomend this app

2 years agoI did the free trial and cancelled after as couldent afford the reaccurring payment after but u have still continued to take the funds. I am now financially stuck now please can u refund asap. I have already contacted my bank to report this. I am very anxious and upset about what's happened Eve Hobbs

It works, but trash.
The app actually works! It enhances the picture so it doesn’t look pixelated, and it turns black and white photos into color, but there are 3 things that just make this app trash. 1. The ads are 1 minute long instead of the standard 30 second one, and you actually have to interact with the ads, and its very confusing to get out of the ad. Second after you waste 3 minutes trying to save the photo, you get this huge irremovable watermark. And on top of that if you manage to do this 10x you actually run out of photos you can save. So I was debating on purchasing the app assuming it was $1-3 but nope. Its like $4 a month. Not a 1 time purchase, a monthly subscription which I never support people who do that. What a waste of a good app. I would recommend Remini if you don’t want the massive watermark, but they are also trash for the same reasons I mentioned above.

This app is horrible!!
I downloaded this app today and tried it right away since there’s only a three-day trial period. The first photo, I saw no change whatsoever: the before and after were identical. The second blurry, bleached-out photo that I tried had HORRIFYING results: the changes they made to my father’s mouth were disfiguring, and the results on my seven-year-old daughter’s face made her look like a burn victim! I literally cried out, “omigod!” when the after photo appeared and I zoomed in to try to figure out why she looked so bizarre. That was it for me. Just looking now to see how I cancel my subscription….

The ads are legit scam. The results are neither close to the ones in the ad, nor do the people after look any like the real people. Just machine learning increase of pixel density. Most likely trained a boat load of photos against pixelated photos. But the model still wouldnt know, what the people in YOUR photos actually look like. The model just “predicts” what they likely look like, based on the model’s training. In short: Garbage for actual family pics. Your family looks like people, looking like you.
