Hello I purchased the lifetime version of your app back in 2022 and now I have a new phone and the restore option is not working. When I click the restore button it will show the logo for about 5 seconds and then go back to the purchase screen and will not allow me to restore the app that I paid the lifetime version for

Screen freeze when i try to acsess my Photos

The app opens, I can select a picture to edit but that's all I can do. The moment I try to edit or enhance the picture, I get a message to connect to Internet while phone is connected to wifi (also checked and got same error on cellular data). Nothing happens beyond that point. I am happy that I didn;t opt to buy the app.

I paid for a premium lifetime in September 2022 and cannot even open it on my phone now; it crashes just as app begins to load. This is why I usually don’t buy apps but I thought that this was worth it and it would be fun to use. Yeah right …I’ve tried all the suggestions posted for iPhone nothing helps. I hope you have a solution

Pixel up will not open. Tried reinstalling still no luck. What should I try next

Pixelup won’t open.

It keeps saying photo is processing but it never stops saying that…it loads nonstop until I close it out. It won’t finish processing a picture

Worked fine for 3 days. Now just sits on "Your photo is processing now..." loading screen forever. I've left this most recent one for about an hour without it finishing. Freshly restarted phone, no other apps open, good internet connection, nothing is different today from the last 3 days I used it.

I would like to cancel my suscriotion so i dont get any charges. The promo days cancel fornfree before 3 days. I am doing it after a few hours. Can you please cancel my account and remove my credit card from your system? Thank you

I keep getting a "Process Failed" message when I attempt to animate a photo. No source of the problem or solution is offered. How do I fix it before I make purchase.

I first loaded Pixelup and made a few trial photo then now it won't launch to open... I do like this app and if I need to purchases to use I can't even purchase it. I've tried several times to Uninstal and still once uploaded it wont open! HELP!

You guys charged me twice. I updated to a 2 year subscription. You charged me for 1 year and 2 years. Almost 100 dollars was taken out of my account. How much is 2 years?
