- Laggy and not well put together

- Takes the user out of the app when trying to go on explore

- Slow refresh rate and navigation

- Invite-only to join after a big update, causing some users to lose their accounts and followers.

How to fix NITECLUB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NITECLUB app on iPhone
Update NITECLUB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NITECLUB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NITECLUB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NITECLUB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NITECLUB Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NITECLUB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NITECLUB App
1. On android, goto Settings » NITECLUB » click [Force Stop]

Update NITECLUB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NITECLUB App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NITECLUB » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NITECLUB.

Fix NITECLUB unable to contact server/ NITECLUB internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NITECLUB » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NITECLUB » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NITECLUB
