when trying to use, transfer from iPhone to device, I get an error "external storage not found"

not letting me put mor pic

Lately when I export my files and then check in the app several things happen to me 1 the external storage does not open 2 the file is damaged 3 sometimes they lose quality

I am using it to get pics off my phone and keep getting error messages

I have purchased as flash drive that requires the downloading of the LUV SHARE APP. I have used it and was successful to transfer photos & videos to the flash drive. I purchased an additional flash drive & attempted to transfer videos & photos but when I tap External Storage I get an error. Is there an answer to this problem, please?

Hello I have a qarfee storage device and the end to plug into iPhone has broken I have purchased a usb to I phone adaptor so I can use the usb connector but it will not open external storage on the app on phone However I can plug usb end into laptop and view photos but my problem is that I have some photos which are locked and am unable to view First is there a problem with app and second is there a way to unlock locked photos on the laptop as app on phone is not working Thanks Pete image0.jpeg Sent from my iPhone

Plug luv share drive into Mac only 4 or 5 thumbnails appear with pictures. All others do not. It takes a minute or so for picture to load after clicking on them

Hi, I just transfer all my data from my iphone xr to my new iphone 14. Once on the new iphone 14, i don’t see the photos and videos i saved on the internal storage on the app LUV-Share. Please how can i recover those videos and photos?

After 10 days app LUV-Share-share and u-disk, they no longer recognize the key, who will refund me the 26 euros??

After I clicked edit on pics and transferred I went back to click external drive to see if the transferred and it said no external drive found

I agree with everyone about No working. Sane of mine live-Share ruin my life. I have a copy photos to saves from Photos For Hold. Until Luv-share I did testing to enter but it says “error” wow I am no happy but lucky I saved from photos for hold whew my photos still alive but I will search Blanbok it’s the best work for resolve problem but I will still save photos saved until blanbok problem or no then I send to someone for this. Then. Luv-share has to go.

External icon will NOT open?????

External icon will not open.

After loading 250 pictures onto the flashdrive, I am now getting an error message "External: open dir error. path =/" and I can not recover the pictures that it already saved to a file. The file is also gone. So now I am out 250 of my pictures that I can't get back!!! Not happy!!!

I copied my videos from iPhone to LUV usb drive. Majority of the video cannot be play back. Very few are Ok, so most likely majority got corrupted during the copy process. Is there a way to recover the videos in Luv drive?

I use this to watch movies while traveling. It will not play any now, and I am not sure when this started, haven’t tracked in a while, but even older movies open up the play viewer, and it just goes back to file screen

LUV-share works with iPhone and it does not work with iPad Air 2. iPad does not recognize device.

Change the name of a folder, then after could’nt open it : External:open dir error.

All of a sudden the last time I went to use drive to backup on my iPhone it would not recognize drive. Before when I plugged in it would immediately flash blue. Now it flashes once just very quickly then nothing. Touching external drive icon does nothing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app to no improvement?? Lost now on what todo??

I was able to back-up 177 pics and now I'm getting, "External device error (1): A hard error occurred in the low level disk I/O layer Any ideas? I've restarted both and can't get one more picture from any album or my "Recents" to copy

Having problems with Luv Share app. Error message is: External: open file error. Path = ………PNG I have already transferred 5000 pics from iPad/iCloud onto the Luv Share flash drive without any issues. Now I keep getting this error message. Any suggestions? I have already rebooted and restarted everything without any change in the error message.

Having issues with Luv-share app. App says most photos I tried to transfer from Safari photos are in iCloud storage, so how do I fix this? After moving a batch of photos, app will not allow me back to library to choose new ones for transferring. It takes me back to "Recent Photos" folder from last transfer, which has those photos in it and doesn’t show another option to reaching library of photos. The manual has poor, incomplete directions and there is no site for explanations. And finding a way to contact for direction seems to be nearly impossible. Now I am stuck and can find no place to go for direction or troubleshooting. I am beyond disappointed in this product and would only recommend that people not buy it — unless I can get some satisfactory assistance, it is of no use to me, a waste of money. I was moving videos and photos from my iPhone to the USB perfectly fine. Then I get to 2021 and nothing is showing up. I move pics or videos just the same, it looks like it’s working but when I go back to the album to see them, nothing is there

My Iphone 8 will not recognize the external storage device. Luv software downloaded correctly and I can press internal storage a dn photo buttons which work fine but others do not? I have transferred a file from my PC to the device. I tried cleaning the Iphone contact and re plugging again to no avail. What do you recommend? Should I return the device? ThANK yOU
