To resolve TestiFlу network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TestiFlу Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TestiFlу not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TestiFlу App
1. On android, goto Settings » TestiFlу » click [Force Stop]

Update TestiFlу to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TestiFlу App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TestiFlу » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TestiFlу.

Fix TestiFlу unable to contact server/ TestiFlу internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TestiFlу » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TestiFlу » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
