For some reason this is the very first time that they're isn't working and I can still log on to other dispensary apps. The muv app says it's on my end and I need to check my browser this and that. Well why can I log on to others websites that do the same thing and it's not like specifically stopped there at muv from working. Just makes no sense is all

How to fix MUV Rewards app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MUV Rewards app on iPhone
Update MUV Rewards app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MUV Rewards iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MUV Rewards on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MUV Rewards network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MUV Rewards Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MUV Rewards not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MUV Rewards App
1. On android, goto Settings » MUV Rewards » click [Force Stop]

Update MUV Rewards to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MUV Rewards App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MUV Rewards » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MUV Rewards.

Fix MUV Rewards unable to contact server/ MUV Rewards internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MUV Rewards » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MUV Rewards » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MUV Rewards
