On uploading in app get message 'certificate submission failed. Please re-submit'. And will not upload. Also seems unable to save additional adds to profiles - allows details but not the saving of these.
It is not uploading the test result image, it comes back with error message.
Downloaded app, set up account. EVERY TIME I TRY TO LOG IN IT SAYS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY INTERNET!!!! NOT THE CASE, EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS FINE!!! WHY DOES IT NOT WORK?

Randox CertiFly enables lateral flow (antigen) tests to be certified quickly, simply and accurately by using your iPhone camera. The lateral flow cassettes are read and reported by healthcare professionals providing confidence in results. Results are provided within 3 hours of scan being uploaded to RandoxCertiFly .
