My fiancé put me in as his companion when he got the app in March. He’s had to put me in again twice because it somehow knocks me off of companion. I don’t get emails that he takes me off of it though. So I don’t know how to keep me on as his companion.

How to fix Migiri app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Migiri app on iPhone
Update Migiri app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Migiri iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Migiri on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Migiri network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Migiri Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Migiri not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Migiri App
1. On android, goto Settings » Migiri » click [Force Stop]

Update Migiri to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Migiri App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Migiri » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Migiri.

Fix Migiri unable to contact server/ Migiri internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Migiri » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Migiri » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Migiri
