App looks 15 years old. This should be a website. No need for an app. Typical Singapore.

Surprising thst a technologically sophisticated country can’t make a decent app. Especially one thst is required to enter the country

Even though I submit my I formation 3 days prior to my day of arrival, it popped up “something went wrong” when I click the final “submitting” button, after that, the submitting page is just blocked. Maybe the developers should test MyICA before releasing it to the public. I highly recommend conduct a comprehensive alpha and beta test for each version.

MyICA is one of the junkiest and clunkiest app. It doesn’t help that you have to get if filled out only 3 days prior to arrival and when you’re from US with 20+ hour flight and time difference that leaves you about a day prior to departure to scramble to fill this out and if it’s acting up you’re hosed

Today is 5 June 2023, and the arrival card maintenance notice is up. Hope they fix it, but if you see the same message at a later date, that means they haven’t done so.

Tried to save profile many times over the last one year, it has never worked. I am surprised that singapore government has tolerated this quality of application that has not been properly tested. What a shame!!

It keeps showing “ Something went wrong Please answer the following mandatory declaration question: Do you currently have rash?.” Which has been answered!

And the feedback function isn’t working properly.

Tried using it. Wouldn’t let me go forward even though my date was within 3 days as is required. The web site worked, thank goodness. Fix the bug app developers!!! 😏

MyICA needs to have password protection. 
Currently all the user's profile information can be viewed easily.

It’s pointless, anybody who is sick will simply lie; entirely meaningless

Most users are not from Singapore, and have never heard of the ICA. The name of MyICA should have the word Singapore in it. As it stands, every time a user wishes to access what they will only think of as “the Singapore app”, they must remember what is to them a meaningless acronym.

It is definitely convenient to upload the submission through MyICA , however, it still makes me apply for the sg arrival card on the website and for some reason, even though I’m applying for it 3 days prior, it does not let me continue

This is a great app that saves a ton of time for frequent traveler to Singapore. You can save profiles for yourself and your family so that you do not need to enter any information when re-entering except dates and health status. I think most of the other bad reviews are mostly people that do not understand the rules or how to use the basics of an app.

Minus one star is being critical as the UI could be better. One example, it takes many clicks just to copy a new individual application for myself. It should be a favorite option.

I wish there was a way to link your already submitted SGA (online PC) to MyICA. It seems like I had to submit again on MyICA to see the receipt. Hopefully this will not be a problem.

Once you save profile for yourself and family members it’s a breeze to get the SGA submission done - individual / family can be done as late as getting off the flight or even during mid flight using inflight wifi- the option to create a new submission sometimes is hard To locate else it’s great to use instead of a website.

I was little worried after reading the negative evaluations, but for long-term residents MyICA works perfectly fine. It seems to remember your profile, which is really the only thing one needs. And it seems somewhat faster than the web-based rival card. Thanks!

I really loved government because for attend my diploma school in Singapore and we have expired visit pass, we have to leave.So, we go ICA and ask Officer. The Officer are very kindly and care about details me. Then, she made I’ll stay in Singapore by legally. I’m okay now and so happy, thanks a lot to glass Officers girl, Love much…💚
