I purchased Bitcoin directly to my Bitcoin wallet and i didn’t receive any amount ,it’s been over 2 hours and it doesn’t reflect on blockchain explorer ,i have been charged from bank

Never download Paybis they will take your money and deactivate your account they are thief’s I beg you not to fall victim I was scammed $35 on my card and the transaction was posted till now I didn’t get nothing

I upload my ID and once it shows the front of it, it deletes it. How can I get passed this?

Trying to buy crypto after making the same transaction yesterday, fully verified my account and they put my account as a security concern. Support is useless, can’t explain or do anything to solve the problem, all they do is say “sorry” trying another credit/debit transaction tomorrow! Merchant is restricted on Apple Pay. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone buy then sending crypto to pay a bill. They will pull the money from your account and give it back in 2 days and declining your transaction and placing a security hold on your fully verified account

They will deny you for no reason and they won’t give you a chance. I find it a scam cause they will take your information and then boom they banned you right after you complete the verification processed.

This wallet is extremely slow when trying to do transaction. Can take up to three days to share between wallets. I would have deleted it if I didn’t have a transaction stuck in limbo

The most useless app I have ever came across.. I used my card for a purchase, I confirm and even verify on their page , yet they rejected the transaction without any reason . I try talking to their support and all they could say is , they can’t do anything about it .. Fools

You deducted money from my card 3 times and disabled my account .. refund my money you scammers … up next is your social media handles if I don’t get my money in 20hours .. and better get this off Apple Store because you are not reliable

I verified my account and try to buy bitcoin with my credit card and it keep declining I try couple times and they lock my account

Can take your money but not give you any crypto in return. What a joke. Asked me for my SSN and ID then proceeded to scam me for my money and not deposit any funds into my account. Incredible how Paybis is allowed on Paybis Store.

You have to pay a fee for buying a different crypto for paying a fee to withdraw money. I understand if an app wants to make some money from the users but making it so complicated is really frustrating. Will never use again. Process is slower than in medieval ages.

Paybis is frequently use for scammer in US and the Caribbean. The developers have nothing to guarantee that you won't be scammed by people who are in the business of scamming. You have no way to stop or cancel a transaction made. There is no one to communicate with and the chat only sends automatic responses without any resolution. Be very careful with people who use it to receive safe money to sell you a product or service. I have been writing to this app to help me with a transaction that I was scammed and all they do is raise a stupid questionnaire that is not related to the situation you are presenting.

I spent 80$ on Paybis and one of the management personnel said it isn’t available in the New York yet

Why would you close my friends account immediately after a deposit of $1670. Tell me if this is not a scam. You are all thieves,. No one should work with them. They will steal your money. My friends money is gone.

I tried Paybis . Verified my identity even received clearance thru security. Unable to process simple transaction every time.

It worked ok for a few transactions now I can’t make any and by bank has flagged it and can’t unflag it because I tried too many times even after being on the phone with them fire 3 hours and 3-4 people helping me.

I don’t like to pay for my purchases.
