App will only stay open for about 10-15 seconds. It won’t send messages to my watch. It rings but will not let me answer it and it will not let me make calls. It’s connected to my iPhone 11

I got the watch and it works fine but the app is a different story. The kicks me out every time I try to go in it and when I’m able to it always says device not connected when I got to my settings it says device connected I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with it but again it kicks me out so I got mad a deleted it
