I got the watch and it works fine but HiWatchPro is a different story. The kicks me out every time I try to go in it and when I’m able to it always says device not connected when I got to my settings it says device connected I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with it but again it kicks me out so I got mad a deleted it

This is the worst! It never record sleep because the watch resets itself overnight. No 12-hour click option. No way to add certain types of exercise to track on the watch. Most of the stuff in HiWatchPro doesn’t integrate with the watch. I do not recommend as there is no support whatsoever. Feedback is never answered.

App will only stay open for about 10-15 seconds. It won’t send messages to my watch. It rings but will not let me answer it and it will not let me make calls. It’s connected to my iPhone 11

I hate that I can’t download any games or apps on the Apple Watch and I hope there is updates on the Apple Watch so I can download the things I want on it and that I hate how when my phone is far away I can’t call on my Apple Watch please do an update on the Apple Watch T 500

Unless I’m crazy I can’t find where the switch the clock to be on 24 h instead of 24h that’s my biggest complaint. Also you cannot text back

Whenever I connect my Bluetooth, it doesn’t connect. It connects the wrong one and I have it connected to why I think the watches and it says that the watch is connected, but there’s two things that pull up that say the watches name and I’m like what can you fix that please and also like the other person said add sound to the alarm and add sound to finding the watch and let us be able to call reply to text stuff like that please please that’s what I ask of don’t make it and whatever it is it I can read it actually

It’s an okay watch not what I was thinking the watch was gonna be well first I still haven’t figured out how to change the time from military time that’s one of my high problems another one is I don’t believe the heart rate app is accurate at all I ordered with watch off shein & the reviews is what made me by it so far the sound is pretty good idk about making calls or even texting on here if you have small wrists please be aware that the watch may be a lil big for you HiWatchPro doesn’t do much that you couldn’t have already figured out yourself only thing good I can say so far is it looks nice

This watch was great when you first get it but anytime need to update HiWatchPro for the watch information go to the information gets wiped. It’s updating in accurate step counts and inaccurate distance walked, it glitches a lot. Very disappointing. This has so much potential

There needs to be a setting or a mode where that you can change it from 24 hours to 12 hours and the crown or the Turner when you go in is zooms out and when you zoom out it zooms in also don’t like in one more thing that I don’t like, is that you download games.

I can’t text messages
Every time my watch dies and restarts the time changes
Can’t change the wallpaper to what I want
And now I’m trying to connect it to my phone it’s not working

Can’t send messages or make calls. Can’t change the wallpaper or get notifications from anything other than Facebook messenger and sms. Really only good for the fitness app

Very good watch but do not support whatsap and other notifications aside call as display in de advert especially when it's connected to iphone.

i don’t understand why it keep saying not connected or check my connection even though my connection is fine and HiWatchPro can’t find my device. and it also stay on for few seconds and then it turned off. i can’t even finish to register coz it always keep turning off. explain to me please. coz i have a nice watch here that i want to use.

This watch was very misleading. You cannot send messages, you cannot get on Facebook, etc. The time is only military time. It was a waste of money!

On apps like WhatsApp,instagram,line and even sms
You guys should do something bout it

When I got the watch it was cool but then I tried to connect it to my iMessages it doesn’t work and the health app doesn’t work and it only has one game like 😤…I love every thing else tho ig.

HiWatchPro needs the ability to change from 24 hour mode to 12 hour mode. Also the IOS version of HiWatchPro requires the internet connection to be checked when the internet is working fine.

Need to change the format so the 24 hour is changed to a 12 hour format and also lock the clock face you want on the screen so it doesn’t keep scrolling to a different clock face

Hello I am trying to connect my watch to my phone but it is not letting me please tell me how I can connect it?

You can’t send SMS messages on the watch or get notifications of any kind (FB, Insta, etc). Only good for looks.

Need to update setting so one can change their clock from 24 hr format to 12 hr format.

The fitness tracker seems to turn off when it wants.

Every time I open this app and about a few seconds it gets me back to my home screen

It keeps knocking me out of HiWatchPro so I can change the background and I wish I can download things but overall it’s not bad

How do you chose a photos from your PHONE or IPAD and out it onto your watch background? Otherwise love this watch👌🏻.

The watch is great and super cheap, HiWatchPro is also ok, the only problem I have is when I press the sync button on HiWatchPro it crashes a couple of seconds later, overall it’s a good 4/5

Love the watch I cannot change the watch face because I can only be on HiWatchPro for about 10 seconds before it glitches and knocks me off HiWatchPro it’s self

Hello! I need a little bit of help. I just got the watch, I downloaded HiWatchPro , I created another account for HiWatchPro , and it doesn’t log me in it says: “cannot create account: your Apple ID cannot be used on other apps” but it’s not even and Apple ID! :( pls tell me what to do

Please update this version to the new version HiWatchPro use to hang and does not support iOS 16.5

The wallpaper works fine and it’s so so cool to know that I can change it from my phone to any wallpaper of my choice. I love it ❤️❤️

The network is not working when I put a wallpaper on my watch so can you figure it out
