Good day. I have completed a wird trip but it will not exit and go onto a new game

The Word Trip app is so rife with incessant, repetitive ads that it isn’t worth playing. In less than two hours, the Arby’s ad with James Earl Jones played at least 25 times. Congratulations on making an enjoyable app worthless.

Game is frozen. All buttons unresponsive

I am having a couple of problems with Word Trip on my iPad. My User ID is 15vd3ur8. When I leave Word Trip it signs out. If I am in the middle of a puzzle, I lose everything I have entered. Also, I do not get the 2 daily free spins. Thank you for any help you can give me.

I updated the game and now the words are no longer in alphabetical order. Frustrating! What happened?

Cannot exit out of citi bank ad I stopped doing the free ad bc of this also at end of game it goes to this citi ad and you have to entirely exit game and start over this is very annoying

In quest the area, where we spin, etc. How to stop a person from showing in that list of invites? No longer a fb friend. Their name needs to not show up there. Ever. Make it stop please. I emailed weeks ago & no reply. Please reply this time.

I have not been able to play this game for a couple weeks now. It starts to load but only goes to a blank screen after the "loading" page comes up. If I uninstall and reinstall this app, will I lose the many coins I have acquired over the last year and a half - or would that even work? Thanks, Al

I have lost the dictionary. I like to learn new words and what they mean. I have been playing for years. I just lost dictionary in the last couple of weeks. Thanks

The game name comes up, but when loading, it just goes to a black screen. I have many purchased coins, and don't want to reload the game and lose them!

Good morning. I have had a frozen screen on the word trip app on my iPhone for 5 days. I contacted support via my phone and nothing has been changed. It is suggesting that I kill the app and relaunch it. Does that mean that I delete it and then go to the app store and reload it? If so, will I maintain all that I have earned and done playing this game for several months? Thank you for your help. I have not gotten help through the app yet.

I'm unable to see check my score anymore. Before I was checking it periodically, but now I cannot. I like this game. Please help. Thank you

It wasn't working so I cleared it as directed & it works fine except now it's just repeating words it's already used, which is quite boring. Ty for your help

Most times words come up in alphabetical order, but other times not. Why, and can it be set up to always come on alphabetical order?

The app is so slow it might as well be not working at all. I really like this app & don't want to have to delete it. I thought of un & re install, but I don't want to lose my progress. Ty

Game constantly freezes. Impossible to play!!!!

I have been using this app for many months and got well along the way, however I have now removed it from my iPad as the last two puzzles are impossible to finish. The seven letter word one has to find, , well there isn’t one. I went into word unscrambler and also another dictionary site and both said no seven letter word existed with the combination of letters given. This has now happened twice so 7ntil these errors are addressed I will not be using the app again

I played it on a Motorola Moto G Power but when game gets to "claim and continue , it freezes. The game works fine on my Samsung A12 android. Any suggestions for fixes?
