TOTAL SCAM! I received four bracelets and no cars. I have sent 3 emails - no response and they have no phone number listed to contact. I am so upset I wasted my money!!!!
I think my animal, red wolf 1835M, is dead. He was born in 2010. Did you really sell me a bracelet for a dead animal?
I ordered 3 bracelets as Christmas gifts. I still have not received them. It seems trying to get a hold of them is impossible. My order was supposedly out for delivery since December 17th through UniUni delivery. It took me 3 hrs on the phone just to get through until someone answered the phone. They said they would do an investigation. Since then I received 2 emails saying the case was closed. I wrote back saying I still haven't received information as to what was happening in the investigation. I had filled out tickets with UniUni, I also filled out e-mails with Fahlo and it seems as though they are automatic responses because they don't say anything about what I wrote about the bracelets being missing. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do. I can't find a phone number or anything. That's $50.00 I'm going to lose and a little girl who didn't get her Christmas present. I am so mad as I ordered them in enough time to get them for Christmas with no help from them or the delivery company. It is a total of 17 e-mails with both companies. It is ridiculous.

I am also having trouble with my order. Received one too many bracelets and short two tracking cards. These were Christmas gifts!! No phone number to call and they keep saying they will get back with me!!😕. Most likely would not order again.
I ordered several bracelets at the end of November....still have not received them...Altho, I have gotten messages that asked me how I have been enjoying them. Is this a scam?...What is my recourse? Especially if trackers dont work......So disappointing!!!!!
Got my dolphin bracelet as a gift. I scanned the QR code and set up an account. I cant track my dolphin. Can someone help? Where is the button to click that actually tracks all it does it bring you to a shop screen. Why cant you call and talk to a Customer service member?

Ordered three bracelets that never came. I received 2 pair of cheap sunglasses instead. Contacted fahlo customer service through email & never received a response. This company is a total sham. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
TOTAL BULLSHIT! THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT THE IDIOTS MAILED 2 OF THE IDENTICAL BRACELETS IN ONE ENVELOPE, THEY WANT ME TO TALK WITH A "JUST ANSWER" PERSON, WAS CHARGED 55$ AND THEY ARE NOT LETTING ME CANCEL FOR REFUND WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE!!!!! TO NOT BUY THEM AGAIN!!!!!!
10/7/23 I now have 5 animals that i am trying to track. I believe my turtle (Cheddah)tracking is out of whack. She was tracked crossing a huge area of land then back out to sea and hasn't moved since Sept 19. I can't imagine a sea turtle crossing that expanse of land. My elephant (Habiba) hasn't moved since June 4th. My polar bear moved on Sept 29 so that must to be ok so far. My dolphin and shark are current. I realize this is a way to raise funds to help these animals etc but I think we should be made aware that an animals tracking may be interrupted for 4 months or so. Or in the case of my turtle I just think that tracking was completely off. I wanted to finish my collection by purchasing all the different wildlife available, but I enjoy the tracking and am hesitant.
My son bought an elephant bracelet for his girlfriend.. when she downloaded the app, it says her elephant has not moved in 4 months…. Elephants name is Jenga…. Whole point of the bracelet was so she could track it. .. not worth it if it’s not moving (dead? Not being tracked anymore..?).. can you please advise why Jenga the elephant is not moving?

Fahlo tracking is not working. For the price people should be able to track their animal or give them a refund
I have been trying to get a response from Fahlo all week. Nothing. The bracelet I ordered is much smaller than the other 3 I ordered - it doesn't fit. Would like them to send a replacement. Where is their customer service department?
I purchased a bracelet for my grandchildren who are twins....(lion and shark). I was so excited to give it to them but when they downloaded their app, the shark shows that there has been no update since 9/23/22. Then everyone at the party told him the shark probably died.....is this true? He is heartbroken and I feel so bad.

Hello, I was SO excited to receive my penguin bracelet….but so disappointed when i opened it! The bracelet had broken and the beads we’re laying all inside the envelope :( I didn’t even get to wear it….I want to know what can I do about this? Thank you very much! Patti McGinnis

This is a really unfortunate experience.
I ordered 20 bracelets for family and friends at Christmas time. None of the bracelets ever arrived, the only thing I received was a small brown envelope containing three postcards. That was it.
I reached out to Fahlo several times through email, their social media channels, and other channels. Not a single response was given.
How very disappointing. A complete waste of money - not even sure I can trust that any funds went to charities given this experience.
Please support another similar brand and save yourself the money and headache.

I’ve been trying to get in the app ALL day and it just kicks me out of it! Can anyone fix my stinking bug? (Talking to you Fahlo) can you please fix your app I can’t see my turtle Aukai! I want to see where she’s at! Please fix! Answer soon and fix bug!

Cool idea but wish there was a way to know prior to purchase of your animal is still being tracked. My son and I both got one his has been being tracked for almost a year mine hasn't been tracked since December :( I joked that his shark ate my turtle. Will possibly try again
