Keeps freezing, plays some then buffers. I'm hardwire into TV, watch Hulu, Netflix, YouTube,etc. No issues with any except Animal Planet Go, been happening over a year now.

my game crashes for no reason every time I open it. it also opening a little tab that saying write here what happened. it is not my internet. what am I supposed to do to make it work?

Animal planet go app constantly buffering every 8 to 10 minutes. It is not and I repeat it is not my Internet. It is not and I repeat again not my modem or any other problem. Your app is the only app that does it and it does it on multiple devices. Cannot watch a show without having a buffer every 8 to 10 minutes. Then we have to turn it off, clear the app then turn it back on again I can watch it for another 8 to 10 minutes before it starts to buffer. I have no problem with any other streaming app or services only yours. Please don’t tell me that it’s technical on my end when it’s obviously on your end.

Animal planet keeps freezing, screen goes black it comes back on for 2 seconds does same thing all over again. Starts where it left off previous time it froze, over and over again. Happens everyday all day for weeks. It is getting ridiculous. I have to switch to different channel, go back to animal planet, works for 10 minutes and then happens again. What is the problem.
