This is a really unfortunate experience.

I ordered 20 bracelets for family and friends at Christmas time. None of the bracelets ever arrived, the only thing I received was a small brown envelope containing three postcards. That was it.

I reached out to Fahlo several times through em... Show more ail, their social media channels, and other channels. Not a single response was given.

How very disappointing. A complete waste of money - not even sure I can trust that any funds went to charities given this experience.

Please support another similar brand and save yourself the money and headache.

I’ve been trying to get in FahloAnimalTracker ALL day and it just kicks me out of it! Can anyone fix my stinking bug? (Talking to you Fahlo) can you please fix your app I can’t see my turtle Aukai! I want to see where she’s at! Please fix! Answer soon and fix bug!

Cool idea but wish there was a way to know prior to purchase of your animal is still being tracked. My son and I both got one his has been being tracked for almost a year mine hasn't been tracked since December :( I joked that his shark ate my turtle. Will possibly try again

I love FahloAnimalTracker and the bracelets are so adorable. I love that you can check up on your animals whenever you want to, but my turtle hasn’t moved in a while, I don’t know if it FahloAnimalTracker takes a while to update, or my turtle just hasn’t moved.

I can track my elephant, and I love how you can just see their journey! It also makes me feel good that I’m saving elephants from those horrible poachers. What scares me is that a poacher could get this and track all the animals, until their are no more left to track, so let’s hope that is just me ... Show more being paranoid. Thanks to my sister gifting the very first Fahlo bracelet to my daughter, our entire family has a bracelet now. It’s simple and easy to use, and the bracelets are beautiful. I bought 3 one for myself and 2 for friends. They all loved it.

I love my bracelets and getting to track the animals. It’s amazing. I’m constantly checking FahloAnimalTracker for new updates on where my animals are traveling to! I can’t wait to buy more!

I used to follow my animals online and enjoyed it, but this is 100 times better!! Now I get to save them all to one place and easily check on them every day!

I love FahloAnimalTracker only thing is it doesn’t update everyday, but if sometimes you forget no need to worry. Fahlo’s customer service is great and gets back to you very quickly.

I love FahloAnimalTracker it’s so much fun. I have a loggerhead sea turtle named poptart I plan to collect all the animals and the same animals in different bracelets. I got two bracelets and the came very quick. I get lots of discounts I can use for the next time I’m ordering. The only thing that is that the Elephants tracking is delayed by a couple of months. They said it’s because of poaching.

Scanned QR code and daily checked our shark “Chum”. Open FahloAnimalTracker now to see nothing there and no record of Chum. Needing to start all over when we no longer have the code because it was already stored. Very upsetting!

I purchased a turtle bracelet. My animal has not moved since before the purchase date. Last movement was may 8th, 2023

I need to cancel my membership but no one will respond to me! The website will not even allow me to change my password because I have forgotten it. Please help, thank you Denise Brown

I ordered 4 bracelets.......3 of them were the same size, the 4th is so small it won't go over my hand. I keep reading about the fantastic customer service, but I have yet to see that. I have contacted them 3 times - got an instant "canned" response saying they will respond within 24 hours. Nop... Show more e, nothing. I don't think they plan on contacting me. This has got to be a scam, as no ethical, prosperous company would have such nonexistent customer service. Buyers beware!

I bought my shark online and when I got it it was already dead I got it in the 27th and it died on the 25th it stopped moving such a scam 20 dollars went to a waste

Had a shark and turtle on the app. App hasn't worked in weeks. How do we get our animals back? Babu the hammerhead shark and Poptart the sea turtle. Just bought more bracelets as a gift. The fun part is tracking the animal. Will the app be back up soon?
