This is a really unfortunate experience.

I ordered 20 bracelets for family and friends at Christmas time. None of the bracelets ever arrived, the only thing I received was a small brown envelope containing three postcards. That was it.

I reached out to Fahlo several times through email, their social media channels, and other channels. Not a single response was given.

How very disappointing. A complete waste of money - not even sure I can trust that any funds went to charities given this experience.

Please support another similar brand and save yourself the money and headache.

I’ve been trying to get in FahloAnimalTracker ALL day and it just kicks me out of it! Can anyone fix my stinking bug? (Talking to you Fahlo) can you please fix your app I can’t see my turtle Aukai! I want to see where she’s at! Please fix! Answer soon and fix bug!

Cool idea but wish there was a way to know prior to purchase of your animal is still being tracked. My son and I both got one his has been being tracked for almost a year mine hasn't been tracked since December :( I joked that his shark ate my turtle. Will possibly try again

I love FahloAnimalTracker and the bracelets are so adorable. I love that you can check up on your animals whenever you want to, but my turtle hasn’t moved in a while, I don’t know if it FahloAnimalTracker takes a while to update, or my turtle just hasn’t moved.

I can track my elephant, and I love how you can just see their journey! It also makes me feel good that I’m saving elephants from those horrible poachers. What scares me is that a poacher could get this and track all the animals, until their are no more left to track, so let’s hope that is just me being paranoid. Anyway FahloAnimalTracker is so amazing!

Thanks to my sister gifting the very first Fahlo bracelet to my daughter, our entire family has a bracelet now. We track Eddie the hammerhead, Cloud the polar bear whose 15 years old, now we track Babu the great hammerhead shark off the Florida Keys near our home. We plan to add an elephant and turtle to our fantastical wild and free pets. Thank you Fahlo for allowing humans to engage with Gods creatures.

I have Babs the turtle and maverick the hammerhead shark which my sister has Maverick and I have Babs and it’s pretty cool and I’m getting a bracelet for my mom‘s birthday present we got a Elephant

It’s simple and easy to use, and the bracelets are beautiful. I bought 3 one for myself and 2 for friends. They all loved it.

I love FahloAnimalTracker I love to see the great journey of the shark I have I would recommend this for all the people to see how far the animals they have can travel😀😀!!!!!!!!

But I have some concerns… my turtle Aukai hasn’t moved since December 22 and I do know if it’s FahloAnimalTracker or… the turtle. Bu over all I think FahloAnimalTracker is SO COOL. Thanks to Fahlo I have been able to do something I couldn’t have done without FahloAnimalTracker. 😊😊

I used to follow my animals online and enjoyed it, but this is 100 times better!! Now I get to save them all to one place and easily check on them every day!

I love FahloAnimalTracker only thing is it doesn’t update everyday, but if sometimes you forget no need to worry. Fahlo’s customer service is great and gets back to you very quickly.

I love FahloAnimalTracker it’s so much fun. I have a loggerhead sea turtle named poptart I plan to collect all the animals and the same animals in different bracelets. And FahloAnimalTracker is very interesting and cool I love how I can see where my pet is and that it’s not a 500 dollar pet. Also I like how it supports saving them! :) 🐢

I got two bracelets and the came very quick. I get lots of discounts I can use for the next time I’m ordering. The only thing that is that the Elephants tracking is delayed by a couple of months. They said it’s because of poaching.

i got this for Christmas and i love it! i have a female green sea turtle named Aukai, and its so fun to track her. you dont get to name your animal, but you can pick different colors for your bracelet that comes with it. you can pick from four animals: sea turtle, elephant, polar bear, or shark. anyways thats about it, i would totally recommend FahloAnimalTracker!!

Scanned QR code and daily checked our shark “Chum”. Open FahloAnimalTracker now to see nothing there and no record of Chum. Needing to start all over when we no longer have the code because it was already stored. Very upsetting!

I love FahloAnimalTracker! I love tracking my animals and my bracelets too. Great company for a great cause!!
