Fuego keeps telling me there’s a problem with loading my earned wages? What does that even mean? There’s no money in my account I’m very frustrated.

Signed up 02/03, writing this review 02/08 after Fuego telling me it would take 24 hours to verify employment. No updates given until i finally called the ‘support’ number and even then they can’t give me any real updates other than something about waiting on an employee file. I needed my money immediately and Fuego did not do what it said it was. Overall disappointed and very unsatisfied

Honestly the worst thing my job ever did was switch to this for tip pay out. They don't give you a break down of how much of your money is being tipped out or to who that amount is going to. It only shows whatever you make after tip share. And then they charge you to transfer it into your bank account! We are being robbed of our hard earned money.

The withdrawal against salary from Fuego put the question mark icon in blue and then they took my money, I don't know what to do, help.

Logs you out every time Fuego updates and doesn’t send forgot password email links to any iCloud emails! Called them and the lady argued me down about how I need to call apple and have them fix the email problem 🥴 definitely won’t use it again..well maybe because I’m locked out

Fuego doesn’t show how you earn

I am so frustrated that my job started using a broken app to pay us our tips. I have used it for 10 shifts now and it has only paid me out the correct amount 1 time. And I’m still missing tips from over 1 week ago. Fuego needs to get taken off Fuego Store cause it’s legitimately robbing people of their money. And to top it all off unless you sign up for their lame debit card you get charged to access the money you worked hard for. If your job starts using this app just save yourself the headache and quit and find another job.

I would rather find a different job than to keep dealing with Fuego. Transactions are wrong. 2 different available balances showing. Today money did not arrive as normal

Worst way to pay your employees! I never get my full amount of money and they are rude on the phone!! Always having trouble with this app! Missing tips!!!!!!!!!!

WORST APP, WORST CARD; PERIOD!!!!

I get all my tips now in this app and transfer them over to my main bank account to pay my rent, car, phone, credit card etc. Much easier to manage than getting cash nightly and having to organize and track it and go to the bank to deposit it to pay off big things that I can’t use cash with. Easy to track amount of tips in Fuego so I can track my finances better.

10/10, don’t sleep on Fuego!
