I’m incredibly disappointed with both Gelato and service I received. I ordered a shirt for an important event, only to find out *a month later* that it was out of stock. While I understand that inventory issues happen, the fact that this wasn't reflected on their website is inexcusable.
Eve... Show more n worse, I received no communication or updates during the entire month. Gelato continued to falsely claim the item was "in production," leading me to believe everything was fine. It wasn’t until I finally reached out to customer service that they explained the product was out of stock from the start.
There are far too many services that do exactly what this company claims to do, and with far more competence. This level of gross mismanagement is unacceptable. As a result, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend this service to anyone, and if you're considering ordering from them, beware—you might be left in the dark, waiting indefinitely with no resolution. Terrible service, poor communication, and a major inconvenience.
