How to fix MINNECT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MINNECT app on iPhone
Update MINNECT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MINNECT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MINNECT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MINNECT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MINNECT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MINNECT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MINNECT App
1. On android, goto Settings » MINNECT » click [Force Stop]

Update MINNECT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MINNECT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MINNECT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MINNECT.

Fix MINNECT unable to contact server/ MINNECT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MINNECT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MINNECT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MINNECT
