I have tried to set up two accounts on the act and I am not able to access either account. This is getting really frustrating. I am trying to be an expert user for my fellow franchisees.
I'm really excited about the potential of this app, unfortunately I tried to complete my account, but It wouldn't allow me to save my profile picture. I couldn't upload my cell phone number nor area code (+27) ZA, because I'm from Newcastle, South Africa 🇿🇦 It's not available for download in my country yet. Please update this issue soon. I’m ashamed I fell for this, paid for simple quest, wasted 5 days of my time, got no answer. This sets the tone that the mission and value statements don’t support the hook or crook mentality. Total waist of your time and effort. Don’t believe everything you hear. They have zero support and just disrespectfully ignore you when voicing feedback or concerns. Find out for yourself, how does a person know who will accept their hard earned money for a question if the “expert “ doesn’t feel like answering. Total bull.

Not able to click on "send question" button. I tried to work with strip to see if it was on their end, but no help. I will try to use the app in the next few weeks to see if they fixed app.

I was really excited to use this service. I wrote a strategic question, waited 5 days. Then, I got a generic tactical response which looks like it was written by a virtual assistant in India using ChatGPT, not the person I wrote the question to. Very disappointed, very sad.
