Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever VNeID app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix VNeID app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VNeID app on iPhone
Update VNeID app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VNeID iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VNeID on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VNeID network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix VNeID not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VNeID app issues:

Force Stop the VNeID App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VNeID app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VNeID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VNeID App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VNeID app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VNeID.

Fix VNeID unable to contact server/ VNeID internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VNeID » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VNeID » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VNeID on android.
