To resolve Microsoft Excel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Microsoft Excel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Microsoft Excel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Microsoft Excel » click [Force Stop]

Update Microsoft Excel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Microsoft Excel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Microsoft Excel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Microsoft Excel.

Fix Microsoft Excel unable to contact server/ Microsoft Excel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Microsoft Excel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]

Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
