Summary of GoodFM Problems 🔥

- Some of the voice characters sound like they are read by a computer, which is really annoying.

- The app closes after every other chapter and doesn't restart where it left off.

- Not enough free coins.

- Woman sounds terrible trying to talk like a guy.

- Purchased 3 months of the GoodFM VIP but still had to purchase coins to read stories.

- Difficult to earn free coins.

None of the books about vampires or dragons have been updated for the humans reading them and that's what I've already used coins to listen to no updates since April 16th 2022 I pay a lot and I mean a lot of money for this app I've tried to contact yall through Facebook and customer service on the app and I don't hear nothing back it's constant radio silence these books need to be updated finished or something before other books get started it's like y'all are not worried about what the customers are interested in as long as y'all get your money I recommended this app to several of my friends and now I have them fussing at me for not hearing nothing back from customer service and the updates like it's my fault that the books ain't updated and they have spent money too please this needs to be fixed we want our books updated about vampires and dragons we don't want to listen to the robot version considered we already started on listening to the human version of it and paid for it been read .I have got 80 bucks in my library on the app there's a bunch of werewolf books that has not been updated in 2 months too but I'm more interested in finishing the ones about vampires and dragons I love books about supernatural creatures but it's hard to enjoy them when they're not completed or updated at all please I beg if y'all please finally answer my messages

I got a new phone and I transferred everything over to the new phone and every since your app has not worked the play button just spins. I have Uninstalled the app and reinstall it and that didn't help. I have cleared my library completely and wait about 5 mins than add all of my book again to the library and wait another 5 mins to try and play again and it didn't work. I don't know what to do and I am getting ready upset. I send a lot of money on your app so I would hate to have to find another app to go to but I will if I have too! My ID is 43602806

I paid for Google FM audiobooks last week it came out of my checking account $134 for the year it is still not been turned on I would like you to either turn it on or refund my money I would rather have the books but if you can't get it turned on I would like like the money back thank you very much Donna Scott
