8 months agoYesterday I paid $150au for a story im listening to my payment went thru but I git no story im an aged pensioner and I cannot afford to lose that money please rectify problem immediately

1 year agoI know it gives u coins for time spent listening. Only they dont give them as often as says i had 81 coins listened to 12 min of one chapter and 5 min of another chapter only showed 88 min. U need 90 to get the bonus.

SCAM!!!
I recently purchased 3 months of the GoodFM VIP which stated I would receive all the books for free, mind you this was a 37 dollar purchase. Once I tried to go back to reading the stories that were locked before, it said I HAD TO PURCHASE coins. I consider this whole VIP thing a scam because it is absolutely useless and I can’t even get a refund! I will not be buying anymore things from this app because I wasted 37 dollars thinking I would be able to listen to these audio books for free with this monthly VIP subscription. Give me a refund or unlock my stories!

Free coins are a joke
I have checked in day after day to make sure I get my free coins. Today when checking in, I was supposed to get close to 20 coins. It jumped back to the beginning! First of all, these stories are way too expensive to read by purchasing the coins (58 coins for one chapter). Secondly, y’all make it almost impossible to earn free coins. I’m deleting this app. I read on Dreame and other platforms and they’re no where near this expensive. This is ridiculous!

Too expensive!
I purchased coins then a membership and even with membership they expect you to buy coins to listen to the good books versus the premium membership books which are all robotically read except 1 or 2 and the robotic voice will give you a headache if you listen to long. This is a horrible app that will drain your bank account if you let it.
