Chirp Audiobooks Status

Google Play store is saying the application is not compatible with my device, though it was yesterday. Samsung android tablet SM-T820.

For the last few weeks, whenever my phone connects/disconnects with my car, whatever book i'm listening to goes back to chapter 1. It has happened with many books and it is so frustrating that i may have to leave chirp books

The book "Vanishing American" by Zane Grey was downloaded and does not play on my phone, but does on my computer. Why? What do you recommend?

I listen to Chirp on a Chromebook. It normally starts out well and I can listen for ten to twenty minutes but then the buffer empties and does not refill. I try multiple times to reload the page but nothing happens. My internet service is Cox.

I have used Chirp for several years without a problem. I was using it this morning. Suddenly the App will not open. It acts like it is going to open then blinks to blank screen.

I have updated my ios. Book playback volume is inconsistent—fading at the ends of phrases, ets fuzzy or crackly and stops playing. This happens on both my iPad and iPhone. It is syncing nicely between devices.

I'd switched from Audible to Chirp recently, mostly due to price points, however I have experienced problems with the Chirp books freezing while change in tracks. The price points along with no membership fees are not worth the issues related to the product. I purchase these for my wife who is physically incapable of correcting the issues because of a stroke. How can I prevent this problem from happening again?

I like the pricing, selection and service from Chirp but I HATE the app, which freezes up, takes a long time to load, crashes, etc. Why not make it possible to use a better app like Libby?

I’ve just bought three new audio books, and I can’t listen to any of them. My chirp audio book stopped working with my Media Wi-Fi. It has worked fine for over a year. Suddenly yesterday it stopped. the app will show that it is playing by the seconds ticking by but, no sound either from the phone or the car’s speakers. I’ve tried updating Chirp. I’ve turned my phone on and off. Not sure what else to try. Please help

when i sellect a book the curser just goes around and around. I have not listen to chirp in a long time because it will not work. I tried reinstalling the chirp alp and the same thing happens. why do you make this so difficult I am ready to tell all my friends how difficult it is to us chirp. My sister is having the same problem. Are you going to be able to fix this

My app is freezing up. It sometimes takes several minutes to play and sleep timer is hard to get up. I have deleted and reinstalled several times to no avail.

I cannot remove the Sleep Timer screen and thus cannot control Chirp at all. Cannot turn it off, adjust volume, etc.

Chirp just suddenly stopped working

My Chirp app froze so I was trying to delete it and download it again. I somehow have it so it will only open in the app store(it did not delete and doesn't work) How do I get it from the app store and back on my home screen. This is on an I phone 7 that I only use for Chirp. It is working on my main phone. Thanks, Janet Gunderson

I download the audiobooks (as instructed by Chirp support). The audiobook will go about 10 minutes then crash. The progress bar stops after about 15-20 seconds so when I restart, I have to find the place in the book that the app crashed. Android Samsung S22.
