cant open favorite track section. using brand new i phone 15. I cleared cookies and browising cache

My tracks app will not work. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times. Updated my iPhone. Can’t check into track for points.

This is the worst app ever! It crashes every time I try to add my tickets to the wallet. It barely loads. How am I supposed to get into the track if the app constantly gives me the spinning wheel and does not load my tickets??? I have an updated iphone 14 plus.
