How to fix Pikkit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pikkit app on iPhone
Update Pikkit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pikkit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pikkit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pikkit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pikkit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pikkit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pikkit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pikkit » click [Force Stop]

Update Pikkit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pikkit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pikkit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pikkit.

Fix Pikkit unable to contact server/ Pikkit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pikkit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pikkit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pikkit
