Great camera till it worked now it doesn’t want to connect with my iPhone 16 Pro. I have with C usb plus lightning. It worked fine now it would not connect. You need to somehow fix it. It’s expensive camera to waste.
Still will not load image on iPad.

No longer allowing screen to correctly rotate to allow larger camera view.
Unfortunately, even though camera is usb c and iPhone 16 max pro is USB c, phone won’t connect to camera. Total waste of money. So sad. Phone won’t recognize camera
Bought the device and have an iPhone 15. Have not been able to get a lightning to USB-c adapter that works. I need a recommendation of a specific brand of the adapter that will work, or I will have to return your device.
Please fix so app doesn’t automatically zoom the camera at 2.0 times! Standard zoom is needed! Read your reviews a lot of people are complaining about this!!!!!
I bought my camera a year ago and it worked fine last night. Today I plugged it in and now it’s can’t see any further than 20 feet and it’s blurry and foggy. Hopefully the manufacturer will help me resolve this issue. I spent a lot of money on this thing.
When I bought the thermal camera it was amazing but since a recent update I no longer able to access the HD setting which really makes a difference . Now I’m looking for something better.

This is a great little thermal for the price, and it is actually very easy to zero the reticle, but my question is how do you save the info so that you don’t have to site it in every time you go to use it?
Great camera but the cross curser can not be changed ie; color or shape of cross hair. I only get green.
I loaded IRexplorer on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and I can not find the Ninja mode. I have the red eye that changes to green but no ninja logo anywhere. I’m an outdoorsman and ninja mode is very important so any help would be appreciated!
This camera has superb sensitivity at long ranges and lots of uses. The manual focus can be a bit of a pain but you get used to it. For the money, you can’t beat it and it’s fun to use.
Problem with the sight in full view, it changes aim by a lot.
It is well sight in regular view with all the menu but with this new update, the aim changes in full view and it’s impossible to correct.
This need to be fixed.

Hooking up is a breeze. Basically hooks itself up. Go to setting and set your preferred settings and options. Definitely use in HD. I actually saw my cats foot print heat signatures when it walked out onto the deck. This sounds weird but my sons dog went out and took a leak. I could see the stream and the circular heat pattern in the grass. This is what REALLY impressed me. I was looking for a rabbit in the back yard that likes to hang out in the neighbors bushes from my back garage door and saw a red heat signature through the bush using the red hot heat setting. I saw a small red dot, thinking it was showing a small section of the rabbit through the thicker branches but to my surprise the small red dot starting hopping away. I followed it as it hopped away from me in my neighbors yard. It was estimated about 75 yards away when I zoomed in about 10x. I could see that this small heat signature was a mouse or vole hopping through the grass. I got so excited and was so impressed I ran in the house to tell my wife. Im not sure how far I wouldve been able to track this mouse but for an estimated 75 yards or more I was seriously impressed. I could see the full mouse tail and all. The clarity and detail on this monocular is simply amazing. I do not do field testing and do not get paid to review items from amazon. I was so impressed I had to write a review. This tiny thermal beats most all thermals I have used or seen on videos and reviews. I can not put into words how amazing the T2 Pro is. You will just have to try it yourself!
I have the T2 pro and am an avid outdoorsman. I hunt hogs and wanted something to help with tracking them. The 1st time I tried out the unit there were whitetail in a field around 300 + yards away. The T2 pro clearly showed every detail of each whitetail. I’ve used high end night vision on rifles that wasn’t as clear as the T2 pro is. I like the option to take photos or video while your using the unit. This would also be ideal to use for helping to tracking down wounded deer. I was amazed that it showed every detail on turkeys using the white filter.
