My car payments are set up to be paid bi-weekly . I had a scheduled payment to be paid on April 8, 2023 by the auto payment service . Today i got a email alert notifying my bank account was overdraft . I was charge twice by by the Bridgecrest auto payment stystem . I'm only required to pay $334.41 every two weeks . I was charged twice $334.41 which total to $668.82 . I'm respectfully requesting to immediatly be refunded $334.41 back to my bank account . A double payment was not authorize by me .

App works fine but the service is trash, you cannot get your title until after car is paid off they won’t allow you to sell/trade your vehicle it took a little minute before I could actually get a copy of my title everything about there service is just not it please spend yall money wisely don’t spend it with them 🗣️
Terrible app

I’ve downloaded app several times. I’m not able to ever log in. I get technical error every time. Bridgecrest has no problem taking money every month but major problem with app and letting me access my account. I’m going to pay off soon and will be filing complaints with attorney general and better business bureau. I anticipate many more issues with this sub par institution.
I hope they didn’t pay someone to build this website

Set up the online account. Go to log in. Gets directed to set up account. Type in credentials. Says account already set up. Ok fine. Try to log in. Next screen is set up account. Do this a few times until I want to throw my phone. Never get into the account by the way.
