1 year agoMy car payments are set up to be paid bi-weekly . I had a scheduled payment to be paid on April 8, 2023 by the auto payment service . Today i got a email alert notifying my bank account was overdraft . I was charge twice by by the Bridgecrest auto payment stystem . I'm only required to pay $334.41 every two weeks . I was charged twice $334.41 which total to $668.82 . I'm respectfully requesting to immediatly be refunded $334.41 back to my bank account . A double payment was not authorize by me .

If I could give 0 stars I would. You have to login multiple times for various features, like getting a write off quote for example. Why should users have to login to their account more than once if you’re already signed into your account? Either this is a poorly ran company, or the app developers have no clue what their doing. Payments especially should be a flawless experience.

The app worked great the first day I downloaded it. I really had high hopes for the app! 😔 if you can get the app to open. it does offer a lot of helpful, more convenient tools. To better assist the user it’s literally an all in one. I really hope that changes and tweaks are made to the app. Most of the time when I try to login I’m receiving a moving circle within a moving circle. The app never fully opens.

Bad Company Bad App Just Bad
Its not surprising that the same company that threatened to to repo my car after one week late making payment would have a terrible app. They are really good making threats with notified letters and calling but not good at actually serving there costumers. Anyway app DO NOT work just like all the rest of reviews will tell you.
