Unable to chat anymore

I used to be able to chat with my trainer but recently the chat text box disappeared. I wonder if this is happening to other members as well.
What is wrong with this app

I’ve been using it for years and now it won’t let sign up for any classes, the classes don’t load and my check ins are no longer there

I downloaded and created password. Then I answered all the questions required to enter the app and start to look at class schedule so I can book classes. There are no descriptions of any of the classes available. I leave the app and try googling class descriptions but don’t find the info I need. When I go back to the app it crashes. I reopen it and it asks me to log in but tells me my log-in info is incorrect and I should recheck. I repeat log-in. No joy. I try deleting the app and resetting password. Same story. I do this three times, and still no joy. It won’t recognize my log-in credentials, so I can’t get into the app. Complete waste of time
