Don't like that they removed the key tags and force you to download their app

I’m having the same issue other people have, I signed up for a membership but i can’t login, I put resend invite and nothing appears on my email

Doesn’t let me log in. Tried password reset multiple times but Fit19 still complains invalid username and password

I’ve been using it for years and now it won’t let sign up for any classes, the classes don’t load and my check ins are no longer there

Not possible to login. Other reviews are fake

What good is an app if it doesn’t let you sign up.
Who did they hire to design Fit19.
Literally only lets you open Fit19 by putting your email address and password in. ON THE FIRST AND ONLY PAGE THAT COMES UP WHEN YOU OPEN Fit19 !!! How can you sign in if there’s nowhere to sign up first?

How do I get access to Fit19 ? Same issue as others - nowhere to create an account.

No matter how many times I reset the password, it says it is wrong.

I downloaded and created password. Then I answered all the questions required to enter Fit19 and start to look at class schedule so I can book classes. There are no descriptions of any of the classes available. I leave Fit19 and try googling class descriptions but don’t find the info I need. When I go back to Fit19 it crashes. I reopen it and it asks me to log in but tells me my log-in info is incorrect and I should recheck. I repeat log-in. No joy. I try deleting Fit19 and resetting password. Same story. I do this three times, and still no joy. It won’t recognize my log-in credentials, so I can’t get into Fit19 . Complete waste of time

I get error unable to reset password because of wifi. My phone works everywhere else but Fit19

It doesn’t give you the option to sign up for an account. Just login???

There is no link to sign up and create account. Who puts up an app without instructions to sign up?

Gym employees have no clue either!

I used to be able to chat with my trainer but recently the chat text box disappeared. I wonder if this is happening to other members as well.

I put it my login and it loads to the next screen “downloading system branding” and then takes me back home? :( and theres no customer service phone number or email so who do i ask for help?? 😭 anyone else having this issue still?

I have rest my password. Enter in info and it says its loading “branding” and then kicks me back to sign in screen.

When trying to add card, it says “could not add card. Try again later, or contact your card issuer for more information”.

They have variety of classes and diff forms of group exercises. The place is new and clean. Wish they had more classes in the morning slots between before 10. Overall, my experience has been good.

App is great since especially since I have personal trainer. Adds workouts etc. love the watch app and complication options as well.

However, there seems to be an issue with step tracking. It didn’t sync all my steps in Fit19 for yesterday but it does show the correct amount in the health app. Manually syncing doesn’t seem to fix it nor does it even seem to sync as the sync date and time remains unchanged after sync. Also, sometimes Fit19 freezes and then starts working again. This is on an iPhone 13 pro.

Awesome app for tracking workouts and building client programs as a personal trainer.

Fit19 literally caused me to lose weight it's Unbelievable. 10/10 would download on every device in the house.

The staff is very friendly compared to most gyms, its clean & has fun classes
