I bought 3 A9 smart cameras downloaded the jkl pro app and registsterd 1 of cameras but when it says to enter security it dosnt send the 6 digit code

this is a scam. I have reported to the authorities.
I purchased two. Over 6-8 hours finally one paired. Second never would. I waited a few days & tried again Now neither will work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I am unable to install the camera and get it set up but is really frustrating. You also do not have a 1800 number where I can talk to someone for help. There is a number listed on Google but it is for a different company! Could you help me set up my camera please. I cannot get it to set up to this hotspot. Thank you.

No UID code
Bought 2 cameras. Scanned the barcode on the manual to download the app and it's malware! It links to a dating/escort service insteadvof Norton virus protection. It trued to take $39.99 from me twice. Had to change my card. Cant get in touch with anyone either. Beware.
I bought three some time ago, just got one hooked up after changing out my outside light. Could not get it to work can I send them back or exchange for a 4or5g

Don’t waste your time or money on this junk. Two major problems. First the advertisement shows a camera three times smaller than it actually is. Second, the app and camera not working together. The app will see the cameras, but refuses to connect after the connection to the camera Wi-Fi has been made.
Truthfully feel like this product should be removed from the market. It’s Wi-Fi connection requires 2.4 g, this rarely available anymore, which is ridiculous these days. Even if you do have it available and the camera is “set up” it will not communicate with the app.

So far two days that I’ve had it can’t get it to do anything I’ve even called every name in the book and that didn’t work either. Then I called everybody that made this thing everything in the book and it didn’t work either. I don’t think it works at all, I see a little red light on the top big deal. There’s red lights everywhere you look these days. I I bought this because I thought the government made this for the military that’s what was on the commercials. Must also be another lie to the public. These things only work on 2 to 4G networks and everybody’s running 5G they don’t work at all. No wonder they’re having a large sale. They say limited supply I can see why. They say hurry order now before they run out. Far as I’m concerned live already run out. Good luck to anybody that buys these piles of crap !!!

I tried to send mine back for a refund and told I can’t do that, because there is no address and they don’t except returns, every company excepts returns what is up with this company, which I feel is a scam, would not recommend any of there products and don’t ever buy anything from this company. This produced is garbage and which now I’m stuck with
I paid way to much for it which I did not realize it was that expensive and then they sign you up to a subscription, must be in the small print, like the instructions I had to use a magnifying glass, and still unable to read all instructions
