How to fix YoYa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YoYa app on iPhone
Update YoYa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YoYa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YoYa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YoYa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YoYa Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YoYa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YoYa App
1. On android, goto Settings » YoYa » click [Force Stop]

Update YoYa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YoYa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YoYa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YoYa.

Fix YoYa unable to contact server/ YoYa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YoYa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YoYa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YoYa
